EVOLIVING [é-vo-li-ving] is the vision of sustainability, the key to an improved quality of life that is distinctly NUVALI. Beginning with a revolution in our way of thinking, this vision is not just for today but for the years to come—a forward-looking mindset that embraces sustainability towards shaping our future.

EVOLIVING is the synthesis of the following words and their contextual meanings:

The Evoliving Center is NUVALI’s testament to sustainable building concept and design, an icon structure that serves as an exhibit area that showcases NUVALI’s master plan with its interactive exhibits, a conference room, and the showrooms of the Phase 1 residential projects.

    

The exhibit is an interactive and experiential display that communicates NUVALI’s developments and its sustainable features. The display illustrates how one can benefit from Evoliving through water conservation and re-use, waste segregation and recycling, use of alternative modes of transportation such as the water taxis and bikes, and ways on how one can save energy through the use of simple yet beneficial measures.

     

The Evoliving center also serves as a venue for training activities, seminars among other events. Located at the southern end of the lake, this iconic building welcomes visitors and clients. One can opt to take the water taxi from Solenad, the lakeside retail center to the docks of the Evoliving center.

     

Panoramic vistas of the lake can be experienced from the spaces inside. Low e-glass windows reduce heat from the sunlight penetrating the glass curtain walls. The use of green roofs in some parts of the building helps reduce heat entry. Some of the inclined roofs are oriented to the south, opening up the possibility of using renewable energy sources in the future.
